—— HOW IT WORKS
Session 1
Before the session, I'll give you a few questions for people to consider. They can submit their answers in advance confidentially if they prefer, but it's not a requirement in order for this to work.
Then we will meet on Zoom and I'll take you through my Leadership Blueprint tool to look at who owns what in your organization and where the opportunities for clarity are.
After that, we'll do some strategic visioning work to understand where the biggest opportunities for growth and improvement are.
Session 2
We review the results. Often this is just me and the CEO, but the entire leadership team is welcome if that feels right.
I'll give you a customized Leadership Blueprint for your organization to use and grow with and a one-page plan with your best strategic action items and an recommendation for your next move.
For some that may be installing the full Impact Method® or another engagement together. For others it won't make sense to do that. There's no wrong answer or judgment from me. I want what's going to move you and your organization forward.

Sometimes, after you've had this kind of experience, you might find yourself with some follow-up questions. Ones, that you didn't think of in the results session. For those moments, I like to offer a bonus 30 minute 1:1 coaching call that can be used anytime within 6 months of the reset session.
