Most likely we're installing the Impact Method®, but at a pace that fits what your organization needs. I facilitate the meetings, so there's less emphasis on you learning them right away and more on you getting the benefit of using them right away. Whenever your team is ready to take on leading the facilitation, that's totally fine.
