—— HOW IT WORKS
Session 1: The Issues Meeting
The Issues Meeting is the core meeting agenda you can run with your leadership team, and you can spread it throughout your entire business. I facilitate and teach how to do the meeting. It has a standing agenda. I give you the agenda template, and then anyone on your team can use it and facilitate those meetings.
Session 2 & 3: Sprint Renewal
Sprint Renewals are where your leadership team comes together and checks on the project status of projects and work going across your business or organization. I facilitate and teach the first one. Then you'll select someone from your team who loves facilitating meetings, that can be the CEO or someone else, and they'll lead the second one with me there to support and guide them.
Session 4: Cycle Renewal
The Cycle Renewal is where we do our strategic planning. In the Impact Method®, this happens every two months.
This first time is a full day where I teach the Cycle Renewal meeting structure and goal setting process and I guide your team through setting real strategic goals and how to turn them into a 60-day work plan.
Session 5
After all four meetings, we'll have one dedicated coaching call for whatever's still on your mind. What's working, what's not, what to do about it.
